Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms were extremely hot and lacked a bit of charm, but they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The service was beyond my expectations, despite the room not being the best. The location was convenient, especially being close to Great Lakes Crossing and some restaurants. The dining options were pricey, with limited choices, but the atmosphere was relaxed. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
I found the hotel to be excellent for families thanks to the separate bedroom within the room, eliminating the need for a larger suite or additional adjoining room. However, the strong cigarette smell was a major downside. The location was great, and the service was friendly, but the rooms were a bit smaller than expected.
I found the hotel to be quite a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were very comfortable and convenient, making for a pleasant stay. However, the room's location near a leaking ceiling was concerning, and the inability to cool off even with open windows was a downside. Nonetheless, overall, my experience was satisfying.
My stay at the Hilton Auburn Hills was fantastic! The rooms, especially the one on the 3rd floor, were excellent with an awesome view from the little balcony. However, there was a broken fridge in one of the rooms on the 5th floor and a shortage of linens and towels. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from helping fill our bucket to the overall friendliness and cleanliness. The location was perfect for concerts and Pistons games, but there were littered used towels leading into the bathroom, which was a downside. The dining experience had friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere, but the wait for fresh food was a bit long. The facilities overall were great, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
